The "Mammoth" was anything but, by the way. It was a dark and dinky little low-ceiling place with bad lighting and recorded skate music. It used to sit on the east side of Route 1 in Penndel, just south of Flannery's Restaurant.
An honest-to-god decal of the Mammoth from my collection, which I've included here for the group. The rink insisted that a dark inky "costume" be printed over her real one, which must have been judged quite skimpy by the Quaker State Del Val standards of the day.
